In a recent post on Tame the Web, Michael Stephens talks about a new series of online programs at Arlington Heights Memorial Library to help the public understand Web 2.0.
At HCPL, when we did our iHCPL program last fall, we ran a simultaneous version of the program for customers. When we did the original program we staggered the customer posts three weeks behind staff posts - in case customers had questions, staff would be a bit ahead. It ended up not being very necessary, so when we started iHCPL: The Next Generation in February, we offered it up at the same time to the public. Both are offered on the front of our website.

I feel this way about Facebook a lot of the time. It's a love/hate relationship.
